These checking fixture all for the hood assembly part and related part , all the parts are combined with aluminum – sound insulation cotton – aluminum .The base and the body of checking fixture are aluminum . All the steel part hardness to be 56-60HRC . The clamp head we are using the aluminum rather than rubber ,In this case , the checking fixture not need to exchange the bad rubber hand after many times clamping .
